Title: “Capturing” resilience: tools or process?
Abstract:
This talk is about the “Characteristics of a disaster-resilient community”: an initiative to develop guidance for agencies trying to build resilience at local level. The experience provides lessons about how to help operational agencies (in relief and development) to make sense of and tackle the complex issue of resilience.
